NANO FIRE ALARM & EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM
The NANO is a compact fire detection and extinguishing release panel with DNV Type Approval certification, specifically designed for aerosol fire suppression systems (such as FirePro) and fixed fire extinguishing systems. It provides a professional, reliable, and cost-effective solution for the protection of engine rooms, electrical cabinets, and technical spaces on board vessels. When used with aerosol fire suppression systems, the NANO is complemented by the ETB (Extinguishers Terminal Board), a dedicated interface board specifically designed to ensure the safe and reliable activation of aerosol generators.
The NANO panel monitors the presence of fire through connected detectors and, when the programmed conditions are met, automatically activates a fixed fire suppression system. Key advantages include a very compact design, 12/24 VDC power supply, IP65 protection suitable for marine environments, two independent detection zones, automatic or manual activation of the extinguishing system, dual release buttons to prevent accidental activation, a HOLD function allowing temporary postponement of the discharge, programmable release delay from 0 to 35 seconds, event history memory, RS485 Modbus communication, and dedicated outputs for fire alarm, fault indication, and fan shutdown (Fan Off).
