Column is of anodized marine aluminum, flange is cast marine aluminum powder coated in white, and seat baseplate is made from plastic. The top can swivel freely 360º and locks in the driving position. Rails are not included, can be ordered separately N/Ref: 060233. The large handle controls both rotation and height adjustment.
